Meet Jemini

Education Enrichment By Jemini

Education is a lot more than just sitting in front of a board and studying information, or memorising details. It’s about more than just listening and provides a lot more than a basic career path at the end.

Today, education is about engaging, inspiring, and supporting people from all walks of life – arming them with information and empowering them to boast their own opinions and ideologies.

Or rather, it should be.

With extensive experience working as a teacher, a middle leader, and a senior leader across diverse working environments, with children and families from all backgrounds, I am passionate about combining innovative teaching styles with the basic desire to learn and to absorb information. I believe that, when enjoyment is mixed with a conducive learning environment, students from all backgrounds cab achieve their full potential – but how do we get there?

That’s where education enrichment comes in.

As part of my training to become a school improvement advisor, and my role as a local authority governor, I have seen the current state of education – and recognised what I believe to be lacking in terms of the core purpose behind education. My goal is to enhance the experience of both pupils and teachers through bespoke support.

Through my education enrichment program, both teachers and students will learn what it means to unite education with inspiration and learning with engaging.

I want to help reignite the passion in teachers, create lesson plans that excite students, and build school improvement initiatives into school life.

If you’re a teacher looking to improve the lines of communication between you and your class; want to grow yourself in a particular area or believe that your school could do with a refresh of its initiatives and teaching techniques, reach out to me directly and let’s talk.
